Who we are. BIG POP! is operated by Lumen Event Group Ltd, the organisation responsible for your personal information. Contact us at hello@wearelumen.co.uk.
What we collect and why. We collect your email address, any optional first name and town you provide, and the date and wording of your consent. With your consent, we use these details to send BIG POP! festival news and ticket updates. Your town helps us make updates relevant to your area. Signing up is optional and does not reserve or purchase a ticket.
Who handles your information. Authorised members of our team and the service providers that host and operate this website process your information for these purposes. We don’t sell your details or share them with other organisers for their own marketing.
How long we keep it. We keep your signup details while you remain subscribed and the BIG POP! mailing list is operating. If you withdraw consent, we stop marketing to you and remove information we no longer need. We may retain the minimum record needed to respect your opt-out or meet a legal obligation.
Your choices and rights. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@wearelumen.co.uk, or using the unsubscribe link in future marketing emails. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful use. You can also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information, where applicable.
